What insurances do we accept?

We accept VSP (Vision Service Plan), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid, Medicare and Medicare supplements. Contact our office for more information about these insurances. 

Is there a cancellation policy? 

To provide the best care for all our patients and to respect our team’s time, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments changed with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $40 rescheduling fee. This fee can be applied toward services on the day of your rescheduled appointment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

How can I pay?

We accept checks, cash, credit/debit cards, HSA, FSA and Care Credit. You also have the option of paying online now.
